Our youth performance team, performing Straight Scripture, supported by Drama, Mime, Music, Movement and Media.
My daughter has been a part of Transformed since it's inception. Originally we were just excited to have found a drama group that would teach from a Christ-centered perspective, and we wouldn't have to be worried about compromises in subject matter and content. We hadn't really anticipated that scripture memorization and internalization of it, would be a major emphasis. So I asked my daughter today,"Why do you like Transformed so much? She replied, "It's all about the scripture, it keeps me aware of how I'm doing in my life... and then of course all the games" she added. So there it was. I was apparently supposed to have known the answer to my question, but honestly, I hadn't. What more could a parent ask for, but for an answer like that? - K. Betten, Bothell

Thanks to you and David for having the drama camp! It was so much a blessing for us! With the focus on Romans 12, I feel my daughter got as much spiritual meat at drama camp as she might've at the teen retreat, as well as your taking time for prayer and your overall emphasis on walking with God, without giving up anything in the artistic dimension. It was amazing the amount of material they learned - and delivered not dryly but expressively - in just a week!
