Tender Testimony from a Mom and her son and pictures too!

Several years ago my son first heard and saw David at the Georgetown Church of Christ
(I think my son was only 4 years old at the time). My son is now 15 years old and still listens
to the audio tape series of The Great King. As you can guess, ten years later they are
becoming worn. My question is this: Do you offer this trilogy on CD?

We explained that we don't yet have it on CD but that we'd like
to send her a copy of each so he could make himself a personal CD.
We also included an autographed book, in crayon. . .

Our son's first signature of David's is in crayon--Since he was only 4 he grabbed a piece of
construction paper and a crayon and went to David the last night he performed at our church

and asked for his signature. My heart melted at the sight of this little boy who was so touched
by this man and his message asking for an autograph (which he still has) and how David
treated him with respect as he gave Tim his signature in crayon.

Tim was baptized at the age of 5-1/2 (which is unusual for our church, but this little guy knew

he didn't want to wait any longer). My husband and I feel that David's message helped

solidify the meaning of God's love and played a role in his coming to Christ at such an early age.
Tim, now fifteen, is still very strong in the Lord and has read completely through the Bible as
of last year.

I can't tell you how much of a blessing your gift is. My eyes are welling up with tears as my
heart is overflowing with thankfulness that mere words cannot describe. Thank you.

Within a week, this young man sent the nicest email!

	Dear Mr. and Mrs. Shelton, My name is Tim and I just wanted to say thank you so much! I had no idea that you were sending me The Great King book and cassettes, so when I opened the package, I felt like a kid on Christmas Day. Thank you again. (P.S. I still have the autograph.)
